BRIAN'S HOPE works very hard to advocate for ALD awareness and research as well as legislation while providing support for those affected. Our mission statement outlines the goals to continually raise awareness for this personal cause. To become familiar with Brian’s Hope, read more about Kelley family, view photos of past events and Brian’s personal artwork, or watch an informative video gallery to learn more about ALD. Together, we strive to inform the public of ALD and implement legislation to assist families and individuals dealing with this condition.

THE BRANFORD LIONS CLUB was chartered in 1951 out of the desire of local business and professional men and women to assist those unable to help themselves. Since then we have helped countless individuals and groups requiring our services. Our prime mission is to serve the requirements of Branford as well as the the world community, in the hope of making life better for all. Through the years we have contributed to many worthwhile programs such as: Connecticut Lions Eye Research Foundation (CLERF), Lion Clubs International Fund (LCIF), Diabetes Awareness, Low Vision Centers (LVC), Youth Outreach Programs, Connecticut Radio Information System (CRIS), Fidelco Guide Dogs, Used Eyeglass Collection and many more.
